​TEDx Talk: RED THREAD

Organization

  • TEDx HCMUS aims with the mission of creating a space for students to exchange academic knowledge, connect with the community, share...conveyed through talk shows - a form of presentation.

  • This is a sub-event for the upcoming tedx talk that will take place in January with an unique key visual for content and design

Resonsibilities

  • Lead and train a group of Marketing & Communication team members to develop a 2-month Facebook marketing timeline, including action plan, keeping track of overall work, cheering the team, evaluating task results and conducting feedback.

  • Collaborate with TEDx HCMUS's Executive Board to develop suitable content and image for the organization.

  • Support in contacting speakers, collaborating closely on content development and rehearsal for impactful stage delivery.

  • Designed and managed video production plans: scriptwriting, equipment selection, on-site direction, and coordination of filming and photography.

  • Edited all video assets (intro, recap, full talks), including color correction, audio mixing, and subtitling to meet TEDx standards and multi-platform distribution.

  • Secured sponsorships from 5+ partners and executed a digital marketing campaign reaching over 20,000 people online.

Achievements

  • 5000+ new FACEBOOK likes

  • Average of 10,000 Facebook users reached per post

  • 3 week to reach the KPI of ticket sales.

  • 200+ attendees.
