  • Cake by VPBank - Vietnam’s leading digital bank established via the partnership between VPBank and Be Vietnam.

Challenges

  • Analyze Cake's current marketing landscape to identify key issues and uncover opportunities that align with the client's objectives.

  • Propose a creative solution that leverages technology to enhance Cake's unique value proposition and differentiate it in the competitive market.

  • Ensure the solution is desirable, feasible, and viable by conducting an assessment of its impact, risks, ethical considerations, timeline, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a situational analysis that includes evaluating the business model, analyzing competitors, and performing a SWOT analysis to gain insights into customer behavior. Based on these insights, propose a relevant solution.

  • Research and present the technologies, concepts, customer journey, and UX/UI design that support the proposed solution.
