Challenges

Analyze Cake's current marketing landscape to identify key issues and uncover opportunities that align with the client's objectives.

Propose a creative solution that leverages technology to enhance Cake's unique value proposition and differentiate it in the competitive market.

Ensure the solution is desirable, feasible, and viable by conducting an assessment of its impact, risks, ethical considerations, timeline, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities

Conduct a situational analysis that includes evaluating the business model, analyzing competitors, and performing a SWOT analysis to gain insights into customer behavior. Based on these insights, propose a relevant solution.

Research and present the technologies, concepts, customer journey, and UX/UI design that support the proposed solution.
