Challenges

  • Analyze Guardian’s position against key competitors to identify strengths and growth opportunities.

  • Evaluate different customer segments and recommend the most suitable target for communication efforts.

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy and a year-long marcom campaign for 2024, aimed at driving 100% of Guardian’s customers to its revamped website/mobile app, while boosting conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), and loyalty program sign-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop suitable strategies, corresponding deployment plan with setted out marketing objectives for the campaign.

  • Supporitng in research and present execution activities for the whole actions plan of the campaign
