Resonsibilities

• Managed and segmented a corporate database of 100,000+ contacts for targeted guest invitations.

• Built and maintained the event landing page; collaborated with designers for visual consistency.

• Created and sent invitation emails and EDM campaigns; tracked engagement and RSVPs.

• Developed event checklists and timelines; coordinated on-site setup and logistics at JW Marriott.

• Supported creative production, blog writing, guest management, and real-time troubleshooting during the event.

• Consolidated and conducted the post-event report, including feedback analysis and attendance metrics.

• Account management on event planning and execution, finalizing contracts and processing payments with vendors and external partners (Charles Russell Speechlys and SPF).
